Certificate Widget

I'm having an issue with the Certificate of Completion widget.  When I view it on my local computer it looks good and the print button is visible, but when it's uploaded to the LMS it looks distorted and the print button isn't visible.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

Do you use the widget or the Learning interaction?

Yes, terminology in Captivate is pretty confusing. Since you used the Interactions button, and took the interaction from a dialog box it will be an interaction:

Is this a blank or a responsive project? Did you rescale the project? Is the interaction covering up the whole slide (recommended)?
