Certificate Widget not appearing in published project.

Hi all,

I am having a problem with the certificate widget not appearing at the end of my captivate course. The widget appears perfectly in the preview option. I was wondering why this is happening and if anyone has a fix. If you need any more information about what is happening just let me know.

Hi I was viewing it on a webserver. I published the content to adobe prime and the widget is now working on that LMS. Its still not working when published to a web server but as its working in the LMS Ill be able to use it for its purpose .

I'm using captivate 9 trial. I have checked the widget in firefox, internet explorer and chrome. It works sometimes in firefox but doesnt at all in chrome or internet explorer. It just a normal project, its not responsive and I have outputted in both SWF and HTML

Are you viewing the published content on an LMS or a web server?

Can you please mention the version you are using (full version number)? Which browser did you use to check? Is it a normal or a responsive project, output to SWF or HTML?
