Certificate Widget not working in Captivate 8.01.242 in responsive project when previewed in Chrome on Mac OS 10.7.5?

Certificate Widget not working in Captivate 8.01.242 in responsive project when previewed in Chrome on Mac OS 10.7.5?

I tested as a Flash project and the Certificate Widget works, but not in a responsive project (HTML5).

The Adobe user manual seems to indicate that it should.  The HTML5 tracker does not show it as not supported.

The certificate looks like it is loading...but then just does not show.  The other text on the page does show...just not  the certificate.

I also tried under the Edge Preview and it had the same issue.

Can someone please try this on a newer Mac OS and let me know if it works there?

    Hi, I am also facing the same issue in Windows chrome 68.0.3440.106. But in Firefox its working fine (61.0.2). The Learning Interaction widgets not working after publishing Responsive HTML5 output.

    I am using Captivate 2017 10.0.1.285.

    AutoPlay is disabled, did you take that into account?

    Yes, I took that in my account. My issue is Learning Interaction widgets not working in the chrome browser after publishing Responsive HTML5 output not scorm package. Please see the both browser view. Left one is chrome and the right one is firefox.

    Hi Troy,

    I tried on 0S 10.10 on Chrome and it is working fine. Can you check if you are using the latest interaction? (It should be labeled "Updated" in the Learning Interactions window). Also, are you using a particular Theme or Custom colors? What changes have you made to the widget in the edit area?

    Hi everyone, I am having the exact same problem. Yes, the interaction says "updated." no theme or custom colors. Changes to the widget include deleting some of the text on the certificate.

    This is an older thread which version are you using? For HTML output you need to publish and upload to a webserver for testing to see full functionality. That is espeically valid for projects using learning interations. You shouldn't use the older widgets.
