Question

Change click box audio

I have tried everything I can think of and I still can't get the audio to change when the users clicks a click box. I've created a new audio file and placed it in the SoundEffects file on the C drive. I've deleted the cache associated with the Cpativate file. I've renamed and saved the file and republished it. No matter what I do - the same standard click sound still plays for all my click boxes.

Any suggestions? What am I missing?

Thanks,

Have you tried to publish with the "Force re-publish all the slides" option checked?

The check box is located at the bottom right of the Publish Window, under Advance Options.

    Hope this helps.

Yep - tried that option as well. Adobe help just says to replace the audio file with the same name - but that really doesn't seem to work. There's seems to be some hoop I need to jump through or some list of steps - just haven't found the right combination yet.

Oh - and I should mention - this is Adobe Captivate 6.
