Change loading icon on startup to percentage bar

Hi Captivate community, I want to change the loading icon to a percentage bar at the startup of the SCORM. This way, we can know how much time it will take to load. With the current icon, if the file size is large, the circle keeps rotating, but we don't know how much time it will take to load. Attached is the screenshot on which I want to change the icon.

    There is no attachment. However AFAIK the settings for the preloader in Preferences, Project was only functional for SWF output. You can change the preloader, but in HTML output the default one always appears.
