Change State Of Option Greyed Out

For some reason the "change state of" option is unavailable to me on the Click Box properties menu. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

Do you have objects with states on the same slide as the click box? You can only change states with an interactive object for multi-state objects on the same slide.
