Change the color of the TOC scroll bar in Captivate 8

Is there a way to edit the color of the TOC scroll bar? There is a post on this forum stating that this wasn't possible, but that was for Captivate 6. I'm using Captivate 8. I didn't know if this ability had been added. I can't seem to find anything on it in the TOC settings or anywhere else, but still thought I'd check. Thanks!

    Captivate itself provides no way to separately format the colour of the TOC scrollbar.  But if you are publishing out to HTML5, and you are willing to dig around in the output CSS code, then you may be able to locate the specific parameter that controls the colour of this object and change it.

    However, for my money, this would be far too much trouble to worry about doing.
