In Captivate 7, I have a simulation; text captions are gray, I want to color them green ALL OF THEM, in a single step. How? Thanks.

You can do that from the caption's Properties panel. But it is not exactly a single step.

    1. Select the required caption from the General accordion.
    2. Select the Replace Modified Styles check box.
    3. Click the Save icon in the properties panel. (below the Style drop down list)
    4. When you are asked to confirm the global changes, just say ok and you are done.

Started to reply yesterday evening, but was too tired. It is a bit less simple, Sreekanth, perhaps you missed this 'I have a simulation'.

Because this is a simulation, you could have different styles being used for the captions (Capture Caption Style, Hint Caption Style, Failure Caption Style...). Process described by Sreekanth has to be done for each of those styles, and then I hope you didn't yet override a style...

That is right, Lilybiri. The OP has to do these steps for every type of caption as the change is applied only to all occurrences of the selected caption type.

Can you please explain the simpler way to do this? Even we face this issue once in a while and we just use the method I suggested here.
