Changing message "Do you want to continue where you left off" to another language

Hello all,

I am working on a module.

This was originally created in an English CP version and now I am working on it in a German one.

Unfortunately the message when you leave the course or the browser crashes and you restart "Do you want to continue where you were" or such is displayed in German.

But the whole course is in English so this needs to be changed.

Is there any way to do that?

Or is there a way to open it in an English CP version and then publish it in that language?

I actually tried downloading the English CP version multiple times but when I install it it is in German. Probably region coded or so as I am in Germany.
