Changing SWF files to HTML5, HTML won't work

Hello

I am very new to Captivate. I am changing some files over from SWF to HTML5 and two errors are happening.

1. I check HTML5 Tracker and it shows no problems. However, when I hit F11, I can't preview. Not even after publish.

2. For the few projects that had successful previews, when I load the files to our website (not an LMS), the project will not load in teh browser. I make sure to load each folder and activate each file. Yet it will just stay on the loading screen.

Not sure what could be going wrong.
