Changing tab order rendered all buttons useless

I changed the tab order on all of my slides, and now my navigation buttons no longer work. I have next/previous page arrows on every page. They no longer appear as buttons (no "hand" appears) and clicking on them doesn't do anything. The same thing happened with the buttons on my table of contents page that link to each module.

How can I fix this?
