Changing view breakpoints

I'm trying to make mobile view points larger by width, 

but I'm running to the issue of the program not allowing me to make the mobile landscape not any wider than 718px, and i'm trying to get it to 732px

Is there some kind of weird setting to turn off this default max-size?
