Changing widget tooltip

Hello everyone,

I am creating a project using Captivate 9.

I am using the "Notes" widget for the first time. My problem is that the tooltip that displays when I hover my mouse over the widget is in French. (I work in France and Captivate is installed in French on my computer.)

Is there a way either to remove the tooltip on that widget or translate it inot English?
