Hi everyone,

I am trying to download a character. When it is downloaded a message pops up that says the character is in the assests folder but when i go to the assets folder it is not there. Does anyone know how to fix this or what I am doing wrong?

I just downloaded the new version of captivate and still having this issue.

It's a known bug. Some images download great, others run into the issue you describe. I checked with Adobe a couple of weeks ago and they confirmed this issue for me; I also went to e-Learning Brothers and they were also aware of this bug. e-Learning Brothers sent me a direct link to the images as a temporary solution. With the direct link I was able to download images via a browser and then just import them into Captivate.

By the way, this morning I received an email about a new build of Captivate, build 10.0.0.223. This new version seems to have fixed the problems I was having with characters. I tested it out with characters I knew I couldn't import before and now they're showing up just fine in the My Assets window. That was quick fix! Perhaps this build/solution will be available to others soon.
