Checking for Updates in Cp opens Creative Cloud Desktop

I want to update to Cp 13.2 but when I check for updates in Cp it opens my Creative Cloud Desktop rather than Captivate Updater. I logged out of CC but it still tries to open CC desktop. Both CC and Cp are under my account but I haven’t had this problem before. Any suggestions?

Version 13.2 solved that problem for me. What happens if you sign out of Captivate? If that doesn’t work, I would uninstall and reinstall Captivate.

Thanks for your answer. Logging out of Cp didn’t work either and unfortunatly we are locked down by IT so I can’t unistall and reinstall Cp. Any further suggestions are appreciated!
