Chinese characters turned into boxes

Hello all,

I have a project translated to a few languages including Chinese Simplified. When I imported the Captions from the word docuemnt it came that the Chinese characters turned into boxes. 
I tried this solution here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/captivate-discussions/pasted-chinese-characters-become-boxes/td-p/3082697 but it does not work for me. Even when changed the font into MingLiu in the .doc file the boxes appers and the strange is that the font in Captivate goes to MS Gothic. If I try to changed in manually in the project, it doesnt change again.. Even if I copy-paste from the word doc the boxes apper..

So the thing is how to import the Chinese version so that characters are fine?
