Chrome flags Scripts as "unsafe" in Captivate 9 Course

I'm having to use these work-around instructions for now, and I don't like the extra steps it causes for my end users. Ideas on how to export differently? I'm using a rinky-dink LMS called TalentLMS (based in Greece) and they are no help. Chrome version: Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit). Tested on PC and apple.
