Click-based interaction plays automatically instead

I'm creating a click-based interaction (following along with Captivate 9 Essential Training!), in which On Success plays an audio.

Everything is working except it all plays automatically (instead of On Success, as indicated). 

Using the tutorial and accompanying files worked beautifully. When I translated the steps to my own creation, and triple-checked them, it doesn't.

Can anyone point me to what I'm missing? Thank you!
