I'm using a click box to Execute an Advanced Action. It works when using Internet Explorer but not Chrome. The images below displays how the click boxes should work and does work in IE. The click box is not active when using Chrome. What could be causing this issue?

The issue seems to be with the new chrome version 36. Can you check if the project works a previews chrome build (35 or below)?

If it works for a lower chrome version, then please follow the workaround mentioned for Issue2 in the blog post : Update on Captivate HTML 5 content playback issue in Google Chrome Browser. « Rapid eLearning | Adobe Captivate Blog.

This will help you get things running on chrome 36 also.

    Hi there,

Please tell the version of Captivate and the Windows version you have?

Have you published the .swf or HTML 5?

Does this thing happen locally or have you published it to a server or LMS?

Please check this thing after uploading to a server or LMS, see if it is still an issue in chrome?

Check on a different machine too, to confirm it's not only on your system.

In that advanced action have you used any kind of javascript to execute?

    Thanks.

I'm using Captivate 7 and Windows 7. The file was published as a HTML 5 file and hosted on a server then linked to a LMS.  I've tested it on different machines with the same results. In the advance action I'm not using any javascript to execute.

Does this work fine locally, or do you have the same issue on chrome?

Can you create a blank new project and check the similar kind of advanced action in that new project, just to test?

    Thanks
