Click box and Continue button together

Hello.
I have Captivate 3.
The project contains a slide that gives 2 major points of the company's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
This page has a Click box (top of the timeline) that will open the AUP document (pdf file) for review in a new window.
I also have a Continue botton (2 down in the timeline- items do not overlap on screen) to allow the user to read the slide and advance when done.

Problem.
When this is published as Flash/Export HTM, the Click box does not work. The continue button works when htm or exe is generated.

I have deleted the click box and recreated, but this has not helped.

Any ideas?

    Hey there js-

    From your post it seems as though you want the user to be able to either open the full AUP or just read what you have on screen and then go further. I don't know if this will help or not, but have you checked the following:
    Both Cick and Continue are set for the same amount of time to display e.g. till end of slide
    Only one of them has a pause active
    The click box to open the AUP file has got the "Continue to play movie" unticked (drop down next to the file to open dialogue)

    I hope this makes sense, if not forgive me as it is midnight here and I am tired, post again if there is still a problem please.
