Click box stops advancing when using skin buttons

When I advance through my lesson using the skin forward button, one click box does not work. When I arrive at this slide I cannot move forward or go back to the previous slide. If I go through the lesson following the instructions there is no problem. I deleted the click box, added a new one, and the problem still exists.

Check your settings under Quiz > Settings > Required. If it's NOT set to Optional, try using that.
