Click boxes linking to other movies not working properly

I have click boxes linking to other movies overlayed on text boxes. Once published, it works fine in Firefox, but when I view it in IE 6, I have to click once in the window, then click again on the link. Otherwise, clicking once on the link just brings focus to the window and nothing happens. How do I fix this problem? I want to click one time for a link in IE instead of two.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happenning?
