Click boxes not appearing the the correct place

I am creating a piece of training detailing how to use a certain software. The training consists of a series of screenshots of the software imported from a PowerPoint file. The user must click on the correct parts of the screenshot in order to advance. However, when I place a clickbox on the desired place and preview the training, the clickbox is not in the correct place. In some cases there is a drastic difference. Has anyone else run into this issue before?

This is on Classic Captivate, latest version.
