click boxes not working

Question

I am having trouble in Captivate 6 with the click boxes - they don't always wait for interaction, so the tutorial keeps rolling when it should be waiting before moving on.  I have tried every combination of settings for the click box properties (one try, infinite tries, continue, move to next slide) and when I publish I go with the advanced option of "force re-publish of all the slides" but I still have some that just won't work.

Can you check if the option 'Pause Project until user clicks' is checked in the Click box properties?

Are you talking about multiple click boxes on a slide? Typically a click box has its pausing point at the end of its timeline. But if you attach a simple action to a click box, the playhead will be released as well. So if several click boxes have their pause at the same moment, clicking one of them will let the playhead continue.
