Question

Clickboxes don't work when published as HTML 5

Hello,

I am working on a module and would like to use the HTML5 format rather than SWF.  When I publish as an HTML5 file, the click boxes don't work.  However, when I run the HTML5 Tracker, I don't get any errors.  Also, when I publish as an HTML5, I dont get a warning message either.

So, do click boxes NOT work at all in the HTML5 format or is it something that I am doing wrong?  T

Thanks!

They should work. Can you give more details? Which version? What is the

    goal of the click boxes?

Thank you for such a quick response.  Its good to know that it should work.   I think it may be an LMS issue.  I am using Blackboard.  I noticed when I previewed it in the HTML5 Browser; the clickboxes worked.   Do you happen to know if Captivate often has HTML issues with certain LMS's?

    Thanks Again!

When I was teaching in college, we used Blackboard but SWF was still the king, no HTML5. Blackboard is on the list of supported LMS's.

The best way to find out if it is due to Captivate or to BB, is to upload the course to SCORM Cloud for testing. If the click boxes are working in SCORM Cloud, it is due to some settings in BB.
