Clicking or "popping" where I made an edit.

Hi - Please help!
In Captivate 7, when I make an edit, or insert a bit of silence, I hear a tiny CLICK or POP when I play the file.

The click is not audible when I play it over speakers == but very clear and bothersome when I play it in headphones.

My producit is thus UNUSABLE!!!
