Client is getting 404 error after uploading course to LMS

Hi.

My client is getting a 404 error after uploading a new captivate course to his LMS.  I've done lots of work with this client - they are using the same LMS, same course settings that have worked in past.  But now, suddenly, a 404 error.   The zip file is larger in size than we've done on previous courses due to video segments in the course.  Client says it takes long time to upload to LMS, then he gets the 404 error.   Could it just be that file size is too big and I need to split into multiple pieces?

I am using Captivate version 9.0.2.421.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

It's not uncommon for LMSs to have a size limit on uploads.  Do an experiment and break the same course into two smaller chunks containing exactly the same slides.  If those upload without issue, filesize would seem to be the culprit.  If not, look deeper at the slides of whichever half it failed on.

Appreciate the response, Rod.  I'll break it up and see what happens.  Thank you!
