Client seeing different icon colors than we are

We have a course built in captivate 13 that we recently scormed for a client. The client is seeing black icons everywhere, even though our carousel arrows should be blue and the TOC icon white… We dont even have states on those icons that are black. 

We think this is either an accessibility feature turned on for contrast, or their ELM LMS is changing hex codes on us which we have no access too… does anyone know how to prevent this? the client is having a knee jerk reaction wanting to redesign 22 courses as a result and I have no clue how to get them to understand how to trouble shoot this on their end.

    Has your client looked at the presentation on different monitors?

    Waiting to get more information from them, but my assumption is that if it is showing up in screenshots they are sending us then it likely isn’t their monitor. Especially looking at the black hamburger menu in the top right corner (which is normally white).  

    How they are describing it, it sounds like their all the SVG icons in the course are changing to black… But we’ve had 6 people on our side test on completely different hardware/browsers and cannot replicate the issue.
