Client Server Issues

I built a course for my client (using Captivate 2017) who then sent it off to their web hosting service to launch the course on their website as an HTML5 course.

I managed to get the HTML5 working on my website and the course seems to work fabulously with no issues. However, when I sent the course off to my client to launch it through their website and servers the course goes completely haywire! They said they didn't change any of the files I sent them, and it works well as HTML5.. but it seems like the server is having a hard time calling all the stuff within the project. I was wondering if it might be because of their security settings?

Here is a link to the course from their website: Module - Attorney Professionalism & Judicial Performance Evaluation

If anyone has any ideas about what could be causing the problem, and what I can tell my clients hosting company that would be great! They keep saying that the problem is stemming from my end... but it seems more like a server error to me. I'm not great with server-side issues...

Tell them to make sure their web server is configured to allow the JSON mimetype.  Sometimes that can be the issue.
