Closed Caption panel overflowing - Captivate 9

Please people, how can I fix it?

I tried:

- change the playbar from dropdown to all others

- change the height value of bottom borders

- change the number of rows in closed captions panel

- change the font size in closed captions panel

It looks like a bug - the Closed caption panel every time snap to bottom with a small overflow. This is sure not nice. This make only SWF output. What you think abou it?
