Closed Caption showing on all but missing on one

Hello,

I have created a project where I saved the simulation as a video. I inserted the video into a slide. I went to "Edit Video Timing" to add the closed captions. The captions appear except at the beginning. I have checked to settings over and over.  I have re-done this portion over and over and I still cannot get the closed caption to show at the beginning. Again the closed captions show all the remainder of the video just not at the beginning.  Any ideas?  Thank you in advance.
