Closed Captioning Issue

Has anyone experienced situations where the closed captioning will flash real quick before advancing to the next screen.  It will run normally, and the last line of the CC will show, then disappear, and then show again, and then change to the first line of the next slide.  Really strange, and only happens with HTML output.
