Collapse/Expand TOC

Is there a way for users/students to collapse/expand the TOC as necessary in a published project?

    If you're talking about expanding or collapsing sideways, then you need to be using Overlay TOC, not Separate TOC.  Look in the Project > Skin Editor.

    If you're talking about expanding/collapsing vertically, this is done via those little triangular buttons that you can barely see on the TOC beside the main items.  You only currently have ONE of these in the project in your screenshot.
