¿Cómo convertir video de formato cpvc a formato mp4?

Estoy haciendo unos tutoriales y el formato con el que el vídeo sale es formato cpvc y necesito tenerlo en formato mp4. ¿como lo puedo convertir a este formato?, estoy usando adobe captivate 9.

When you publish a cpvc project, you end up with mp4 as published version automatically.

The cpvc-file is the 'raw' version, the developer's version. Each Captivate project, cpvc or cptx, has to be published and deployed for the users to watch the course.
