I can show you how to publish SCORM1.2, but it's up to you to upload it to your LMS. (What LMS are you using?)

I usually publish the course to a local webserver and test all functionality before enabling the SCORM features.

To publish SCORM 1.2;

Open Project Preferences, click Quiz Reporting, select SCORM 1.2 in the drop down menu, then Click the 'Configure' button:

The 'Manifest' window appears, enter course specific information here.

(Beware of entering hidden characters, don't copy and paste from MS Office!

Note Underscores in certain fields indicate NO SPACES ALLOWED!)

Click OK a few times, save you changes, and publish to ZIP:

(SCORM requires a ZIP file for upload.)

You have built a SCORM 1.2 package, suitable for uploading to an LMS.

You should upload to a developer / staging / pilot area and test the course functionality and reporting requirements at this point.

You have to go into Quiz, Preferences, Reporting and check the option 'Report'. Than you can configure the settings for SCORM. When publishing you'll end up with a SCO, which is a zipped folder that has all the necessary files. You can set options to for slide views and/or for passing a quiz.
