Completion Certificate for Captivate

I want to use the widget to insert a completion certificate in to the captivate project. How do I get it to function so that the user can add their name to the certificate. When I add it to the project it says Presented to: User Name but it wont allow the user to change that.

    Will you upload to a LMS? If yes, you need to test if the default user variable cpQuizInfoStudentName is populated from the learner account. That is the variable which is used in the Certification interaction. You need to test in the LMS. If you don't get the learner's name, you can ask for it at the beginning of the course using a Text Entry Box, which you link to the user variable cpQuizInfoStudentName.
