Completion statement shows a date/time earlier than progressed statement

Sorry in advance if this is not the right channel to ask but I wanted ask, we have a single SCO SCORM file. It does not happen always but, in some ocassions our LMS backend is unable to register a completion (however, in the front end is deemed completed). Looking at the LRS, we see that the verb "launched" & "progressed" happened on say, 21st February. But the completion verb was associated with a timestamp of 18th February.. 

 

The LMS in this case is getting confused as the completion date occured before the launch date...

 

Is this due to the SCORM settings? it was exported as a SCORM 1.2 file.

This is unlikely to be due to SCORM settings.  Which LMS is this?  Have you tested the same SCORM module in SCORM Cloud to check if the issue is with the LMS itself?
