Complimentary 3 months Captivate licence

Hello,

I would like to activate a complimentary 3 months Captivate licence. (As I reached the Guide level.) Unfortunately, there is no information available on how to proceed. I already contacted Captivate billing support; however, they were not able to help me. I am assuming the community management team should have this information.
