Connection Error

My file is not that large and I continue to get this message with my projects. I have had no updates to my laptop or programs and continue to receive this error. The odd part is that it plays perfectly fine in the captivate template within captivate but as soon as I publish the html 5 package into connect and launch as soon as I get to the bookmark whic houses the video I get the same error.

Our company has been doing this for years and we are stumped! Help!

Why not try to upload this video to YouTube? You can make a YouTube video non-searchable so the only people who will see the video will be those accessing it through your eLearning. All it takes is a Gmail account to create your own YouTube channel. I have done this for many of my clients as a great solution for streaming video. Best of all it's completely free.

Once you have the video up on YouTube just use the YouTube item from the Learning Interaction icon on your Cp9 toolbar to insert the video in your course. Your project will remain nice and small for your deployment.

One word of caution. If your intention is to make your project available over the public internet (instead of a closed corporate network), you should warn your end users that the size of the video could use up their monthly data usage very quickly.

Video with such a huge file size should not be embedded as event video, but you have to stream the video, which means multisynchronized video. Or store the video on a server and use Open URL.
