Connection error with Captivate 5.5 slide video

I am experiencing a connection error  with a published Captivate 5.5 project.

The error occurs on slide with video.

When previewing, the project, video plays with no error.

Only when file is published does the error appear.
No problems with file when video is removed.
I read through other posts and have tried all of the following to no avail -

  • flv file is in same location as swf
  • adjusted trusted locations
  • selected force re-publish all slides
  • no compression of swf
  • copy/pasted all slides into a new project file

The connection error persists.

I am running this from a local computer - not on a network and have not yet uploaded to LMS.

Help!!!

I have tried a few more things -

    • no transitions on slide that contains the video
    • published for Adobe Connect rather than SCORM

    Neither of these helped.

    Still get the connection error!

    Help!

May i know the video type which you are inserting with the slides and please check your flash player settings while publishing the project.

    - Under Preferences make Swf size and quality in a high mode.

-Please check option action in real time.

-and please post the publish menu setting screens shot over here to review the settings.
