Constant updates required

Hi, myself and 2 of my colleagues are experiencing the same issues. In the last 2 months, we constantly get the Update Required message. Every time we will update our operating systems, browser, and download the Captivate updates and install these. But then a month later Captivate will stop working again unless we update. One of my colleagues updated everything and Captivate still doesn't want to work. Any ideas why this keeps happening?
