Content duplication for each state in export document

I'm beginning to work with Captivate and just ran a test with my translations dept. When I export the Project Content and Closed Captions, the document table is filled with duplicates seemingly because of the various states for buttons and text. 

I've been told this will double our cost for translations because they are doing everything upwards or 4-5x each. 

For example, a single quiz option in a multiple choice has 5 states (normal, hover, selected, disabled checked, disabled unchecked) and each occurs in the export doc. 

Does any one have experience with this? A workaround maybe?
