Hi there,

Can you please try uploading the content to 'SCORM cloud' LMS and see it works or not? This will help us in understanding whether the issue is with  the LMS or with the Captivate course.

Thanks,

Nimmy Sukumaran.

Thanks for your response Nimmy, the content works fine in SCORM Cloud LMS, and another LMS like Moodle or Totara (with browser Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox), only in SuccessFactor with "Plateau Content Wrapper" as a Frame Window, (the content opened in new window) its showing the loading screen and stuck in there, i found out this error message in console window "SCORM_objAPI.LMSinitialize is not a function",

I'm published my captivate html5 content with this setting:

Thats all my settings for the content, like i said before, it works fine for another LMSs but stuck on loading screen in SuccessFactor Plateau Content Wrapper,

Thanks and hope you can help me Nimmy,

What you have said here is basically that there is nothing wrong with the Captivate SCORM content because it plays fine in some SCORM-compliant LMSs.

The issue is related to how your LMS is choosing to play this content.  Rather than asking Adobe to debug this, (they are unlikely to have a SuccessFactor LMS just lying around ready for testing) I think you should be directing your issue to your LMS vendor, quoting the fact that other LMSs have no issue with the content, and asking their technical staff to weigh in on resolving the issue.
