Continue button on Quiz Result slide not working (Captivate 12.3)

Hello,

I am currently using Captivate 12.3 to create a "template" for a quiz. This quiz is limited to 1 attempt with a passing score of 80%. I have the Quiz Result slide (slide 7) configured to go to the next slide (slide 😎 On Pass and jump to the Quiz Failed slide (slide 9) On Fail. When I click Continue after passing it goes to the next slide as intended. However, when I click Continue after failing nothing happens and I remain stuck on the Quiz Results slide. Any ideas how to fix this? Screenshots attached of the properties.
