continue course automatically without prompt

Hi,

I am struggling with the function, that after re-opening course, captivate is always asking whether the user wants to continue with the course or want to start from the beginning.

How can I avoid this message and always start with continue at the last point which is sent by the LMS?

Sounds to me like you have the Self-Paced Learning option checked in the TOC settings.

I've used quite a few LMSs and none of them ask if you want to contine.

Thank for the hint. Yes, without self-paced Learning it won´t comes up. But does the course after re-opening jumps to the last visited slide without this option?

It will resume to the last slide viewed, not the furthest progress. So if you wnt to slide 10 and then back to 5 and exited, it will return to slide 5.

You are talking about bookmarking by LMS. I suspect that this cannot be realized in Captivate, but you'll need to talk with the LMS-experts. However what you ask is taking away control from the learner, who may wish to restart instead of to continue where he left off.
