Conversation slides in new Captivate

Are there any guides, explanations, or support--anywhere--for how to use the conversation slides in the new Captivate? These are completely confusing, especially with infinite scroll. They have some kind of built-in architecture to represent conversation turns, (somewhat misleadinginly called "scenarios"), but how these are supposed to work is elusive. 

It's not clear at all whether it's possible to attach audio and make a multi-turn conversation--in its entirety--play out, or whether it's necessary to add some kind of trigger, etc. 

I honestly can't tell if this functionality in the new Captivate is simply broken or not. It sure does seem to be broken. But, if that's the case, why is it there?
