Convert older Captivate file to Captivate 7

Hi,

My client has an older version of a published captivate file.  I'm not sure off hand what version, but it is about 4 years old.  If they get the new version of Captivate 7, would they be able to convert the old published product to version 7, using HTML5? I'm not familar with the Captivate product at all, so please forgive me if I'm not asking correctly etc.
