Convert Video PDFs to MP4s

I have several courses we published as PDFs. The original CPTX files have been lost. Does anyone know of a way to convert the .pdfs to .mp4s?

Not really, because an interactive pdf is not like a video.

If you have Captivate, you could use the Video Demo or Software simulation to capture the pdf while interacting with it.
