Converting a Captivate 8 project to Captivate 7

I was using Captivate 8 but have been switched to Captivate 7. Is it possible to convert the v8 projects to v7?

Re-create the projects in version 7 and copy/paste the assets from 8 to 7. (images, audio files, etc)
