Converting Powerpoint to Captivate, get an error message, need Java

I am converting Powerpoints to Captivate. I was successful until I tried to convert one Powerpoint in particular. I get this error message stating I need to download a Java Developer Kit. (Reference screen shot) I went through the steps to download the kit but it still does not work. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
